This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for AI Resume Master subscriptions operated by AI Resume Master LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Digital service nature

AI Resume Master is a digital SaaS subscription service. Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the service is digital and delivered in real time, we treat any started billing period as fully consumed once access has been provided.

2. Subscription refunds

The current subscription month is non-refundable once access has been granted. This applies to both the introductory $1 first month and subsequent $5/month renewal cycles.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future periods, and no further renewals will occur.

3. Exceptional cases

We may issue a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our side.
  • Unauthorized charges confirmed to be the result of fraud or account compromise.
  • Service unavailability lasting more than 48 continuous hours that significantly prevents you from using the core features of the Service.
  • Any mandatory refund required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

In all such cases, refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at alytvynov@lytvynov-production.com within 14 days of the charge you wish to dispute. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information

We review every request individually and respond within 5 business days.

5. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
